Free Shipping to the U.S.A. and Canada on orders over $250 CAD*. Subsidized International Shipping to Europe, Asia and Oceania. Please note, orders outside of North America may take longer depending on shipping company and global shipping conditions.
*For Final Sale items, there is a flat fee based off ship-to address.
If you have products totaling $250 CAD or more in your cart at checkout that are not Final Sale Items, then the Standard Shipping Policy applies, and you will be refunded the shipping fee.

If one of the products you receive fails to live up to reasonable expectations, does not fit, or you just didn't like it as much as you thought you would, and is NOT a Final Sale item, return it within 30 days and we will gladly refund or exchange (or in some cases repair) the item. We strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases, but hate these pesky refund windows. It simply insures that we have a chance to sell the product (if it is in selling condition) before the season ends. If the product is deemed as incompatible (the wrong size) through our conversations yet there was an insistence on shipping the product, we do not cover return shipping and there will be a restocking fee charged.
Duties
Shipping from Canada, the U.S. allows for a duty-free exemption on goods valued at $800 USD or less, so if the item is under this amount, you won’t have to pay any duties or taxes. However, if the item exceeds $800 USD, duties will be applied to the portion of your purchase that goes over this threshold. The exact amount will depend on the type of items in your order.

Since 1965, Gim co. ltd. has been working with the finest materials producing finely made Japanese sweaters. This 30 gauge super 140's merino wool turtleneck will be a go to item in your wardrobe this fall and winter. Great for layering under a suit or sport jacket for a sophisticated minimal look, or on its own under a light outerwear piece for a more clean casual look.
A super 140's wool is generally reserved for luxury suit fabrics, however translates extremely well into a jersey knit, is extremely resistant to pilling, and maintains shape like you would expect a wool sweater to do.
Fit is true to size slim. We recommend ordering your usual size if you prefer a slim fit.
