Calvaresi started as a small workshop near Ascoli Piceno, Italy in the 1960s, founded by Maria Antonietta Carbonari. Her children built it into a brand in the 1970s, specializing in tailored suits and formal wear before expanding into outerwear and sportswear. Now in its third generation, the family still makes everything in-house: hand-finished construction, Italian fabrics, artisan details carried forward from the original workshop.
