Free Shipping to the U.S.A. and Canada on orders over $250 CAD*. Subsidized International Shipping to Europe, Asia and Oceania. Please note, orders outside of North America may take longer depending on shipping company and global shipping conditions.
*For Final Sale items, there is a flat fee based off ship-to address.
If you have products totaling $250 CAD or more in your cart at checkout that are not Final Sale Items, then the Standard Shipping Policy applies, and you will be refunded the shipping fee.

Returns
If one of the products you receive fails to live up to reasonable expectations, does not fit, or you just didn't like it as much as you thought you would, and is NOT a Final Sale item, return it within 30 days and we will gladly refund or exchange (or in some cases repair) the item. We strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases, but hate these pesky refund windows. It simply insures that we have a chance to sell the product (if it is in selling condition) before the season ends. If the product is deemed as incompatible (the wrong size) through our conversations yet there was an insistence on shipping the product, we do not cover return shipping and there will be a restocking fee charged.
