If one of the products you receive fails to live up to reasonable expectations, does not fit, or you just didn't like it as much as you thought you would, and is NOT a Final Sale item, return it within 30 days and we will gladly refund or exchange (or in some cases repair) the item. We strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases, but hate these pesky refund windows. It simply insures that we have a chance to sell the product (if it is in selling condition) before the season ends. If the product is deemed as incompatible (the wrong size) through our conversations yet there was an insistence on shipping the product, we do not cover return shipping and there will be a restocking fee charged.

Blending Brax’s notorious Hi-Flex fabric with denim gives their jeans the ample amount of stretch you’ve come to associate with ‘Hi-Flex’. In a deep navy wash, light distressing leaves the jeans with a slightly washed look that helps start that worn in look. Brax’s model ‘Chuck’ offers a slim straight fit, something tailored without being too slim. This versatile pair of jeans will serve you well on the weekend but we wouldn’t hesitate to throw a sport jacket over this.
Fit is true to size contemporary. This model is Brax's 'Chuck' Fit. We recommend going with your typical waist size for a regular straight fit.
